The Night Rider is a modular synthesizer module featuring a 4-channel filter bank combined with a 6-stage sequencer, enabling flexible modulation possibilities. Users can select from various filter types including 6dB and 12dB band pass filters, variable width band pass, Karplus-Strong style comb filter, and two types of all-pass filters. The module offers intuitive digital control with LED indicators displaying filter selection, frequency, and volume levels.
Each of the six sequencer stages can store parameters for all four filters, allowing seamless transitions and parameter sweeps controlled by the slew knob. External control is supported via CV and gate inputs, including MIDI through a TRS jack, facilitating advanced modulation and synchronization. The Night Rider also supports stereo input and output, delivering rich stereo effects within a compact and power-efficient design.
