TERMS & CONDITIONS

By placing an order through the Store, the customer agrees to these Terms.
Please read these Terms, together with the applicable Shipping, Duties & Taxes Policy, Returns & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, before placing an order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or waives any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or waived.
1. About JAPAN-ITEMS™
JAPAN-ITEMS™ is a curated international retail store offering selected objects sourced from Japan.
The Store focuses primarily on pre-owned, vintage, collectible, discontinued, rare or otherwise limited-availability objects, including but not limited to cameras, musical instruments, audio equipment, watches, bags, jewellery, fashion accessories, collectibles and selected lifestyle objects.
JAPAN-ITEMS™ is not a marketplace.
Customers purchase products from JAPAN-ITEMS™, not directly from third-party sellers or marketplaces in Japan.
Third-party sellers, sourcing partners, logistics providers, fulfilment partners, carriers, customs brokers, payment providers and technology providers may be involved in sourcing, processing, handling, payment and delivery.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the customer-facing seller remains Japan Items Group sp. z o.o.
2. Our Sourcing Model
Many products offered through the Store are unique, pre-owned, vintage, discontinued or otherwise limited in availability and are sourced individually from Japan.
Products may be listed using information reasonably available to JAPAN-ITEMS™, including seller or supplier information, photographs, product records, marketplace data and other sourcing information.
An item displayed on the Store may therefore not yet be physically held by JAPAN-ITEMS™ at the time the customer places an order.
Following an order, JAPAN-ITEMS™ may confirm:
- whether the product remains available;
- whether it can be successfully sourced;
- whether it can legally and reasonably be shipped to the customer's destination;
- whether its condition and characteristics correspond sufficiently to the applicable product listing; and
- whether the order can otherwise be fulfilled.
This sourcing model is an integral part of how JAPAN-ITEMS™ operates.
3. Product Availability and Formation of the Contract
All products are subject to availability.
Because many products are sourced from third-party sellers or other sources in Japan and may be unique or available in a single unit, a product may become unavailable after being displayed on the Store or after an order has been submitted.
The customer's submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product subject to these Terms.
An automated order confirmation or payment confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order where availability or fulfilment remains subject to confirmation.
The contract of sale is concluded when JAPAN-ITEMS™ confirms acceptance of the order or otherwise communicates that the product has been secured for fulfilment, subject to any mandatory rule of applicable law determining an earlier time of contract formation.
If a product:
- is no longer available;
- cannot be successfully sourced;
- cannot legally or reasonably be shipped;
- materially differs from the applicable listing before sourcing is completed;
- is affected by a material pricing or listing error; or
- cannot otherwise reasonably be fulfilled,
JAPAN-ITEMS™ may decline or cancel the affected order before final acceptance, subject to applicable law.
If payment has already been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Where reasonably possible, JAPAN-ITEMS™ may instead offer an alternative comparable product.
No alternative product will be supplied without the customer's express approval.
4. Pre-Owned, Vintage and Collectible Products
Most products offered through JAPAN-ITEMS™ are pre-owned, vintage, collectible, discontinued or otherwise previously owned.
Such products should not necessarily be expected to have the appearance or condition of newly manufactured goods.
Depending on the individual product, characteristics may include:
- signs of age;
- signs of previous use;
- patina;
- scratches, scuffs or marks;
- cosmetic wear;
- fading;
- yellowing;
- tarnish or discolouration;
- ageing of materials;
- wear to packaging;
- absence of original packaging;
- absence of accessories not stated as included;
- evidence of previous maintenance or replacement parts where disclosed or reasonably characteristic of the item; and
- other characteristics associated with the age, history or previous use of the product.
A characteristic that was clearly disclosed, accurately represented in the product images or otherwise forms part of the agreed condition of the particular product is not, by that fact alone, a defect or non-conformity.
Nothing in this section removes any mandatory rights or remedies where a product does not conform to the contract or where information provided before purchase was materially inaccurate or misleading.
5. Product Descriptions, Images and Condition
JAPAN-ITEMS™ makes reasonable efforts to present products accurately based on the information, images and sourcing data reasonably available to it.
For pre-owned, vintage and collectible objects, product images form an important part of the product presentation and description.
Customers should carefully review all available photographs, descriptions, dimensions, specifications, condition information and included accessories before placing an order.
Minor differences in perceived colour, brightness or contrast may result from photography, lighting, image processing, display technology or individual screen settings.
Measurements and specifications may be approximate unless expressly confirmed.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, products should not be assumed to be:
- new or unused;
- factory sealed;
- supplied with original packaging;
- supplied with original certificates or documentation;
- supplied with accessories not identified in the listing; or
- covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
This section does not permit JAPAN-ITEMS™ to materially misrepresent a product.
6. Electronics and Local Compatibility
Certain products sourced from Japan may have been designed primarily for the Japanese domestic market.
For electronics, cameras, audio equipment, musical equipment and similar products, compatibility may depend on matters including:
- voltage;
- frequency;
- plug type;
- region coding;
- radio standards;
- software;
- language;
- media formats;
- batteries;
- chargers;
- replacement parts;
- consumables; and
- local regulatory requirements.
Customers should review the available product information and determine whether a product is suitable for their intended use and destination.
Where reasonably available, JAPAN-ITEMS™ may provide compatibility information, but compatibility is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed for the particular product.
Nothing in this section excludes any mandatory legal obligation of JAPAN-ITEMS™ concerning product information, safety or conformity.
7. Prices
Product prices are displayed in the currency selected or presented through the Store and checkout.
JAPAN-ITEMS™ operates an international pricing model under which the overall price of a product may reflect multiple economic components associated with sourcing and delivering the product.
These may include:
- acquisition and sourcing costs;
- handling and fulfilment;
- international transportation;
- customs processing;
- applicable duties and import taxes;
- payment and currency-related costs;
- operational expenses; and
- JAPAN-ITEMS™ commercial margin.
JAPAN-ITEMS™ is not required to separately disclose or itemise its internal cost structure or commercial margin except where required by applicable law.
Prices may change before an order is placed.
Once an order has been accepted, the agreed price will not be increased unless the customer requests a change to the order or another adjustment is expressly agreed or permitted by applicable law.
8. Free International Shipping
Unless expressly stated otherwise before purchase, standard international shipping is provided at no additional charge to the customer for destinations supported by the Store.
No separate standard international shipping fee is added to the customer's order at checkout.
The underlying economic cost of international transportation is borne by JAPAN-ITEMS™ and may be reflected in the overall pricing of products offered through the Store.
Accordingly, “Free Shipping” means that the customer is not charged a separate standard shipping fee in addition to the price presented for the order.
It does not mean that international transportation has no underlying cost.
Exceptional or customer-caused delivery costs may be treated separately in accordance with these Terms and the Shipping, Duties & Taxes Policy.
9. Duties & Taxes Included
Unless expressly stated otherwise before purchase, standard import duties, import taxes and standard customs charges applicable to the normal delivery of an order are included in the price paid by the customer and are handled by JAPAN-ITEMS™ or its logistics partners as part of the applicable delivery arrangement.
This may include, where applicable:
- standard import duties;
- import VAT or similar import-related taxes;
- standard customs-clearance charges; and
- standard carrier import-processing charges associated with normal customs clearance.
Accordingly, the customer should not normally be required to make a separate payment of these standard charges upon delivery.
JAPAN-ITEMS™ does not represent products as inherently tax-free, duty-free or exempt from customs requirements.
Where duties or taxes legally apply, they may still be assessed as part of the import process. Under the applicable all-inclusive arrangement, their standard cost is included in the overall transaction price and handled by JAPAN-ITEMS™ or its logistics partners rather than being charged separately to the customer during normal delivery.
10. Unexpected Customs or Tax Payment Requests
If a carrier, customs broker, customs authority, postal operator or delivery provider unexpectedly requests payment of import duties, import taxes, VAT or standard customs-clearance charges covered by the JAPAN-ITEMS™ all-inclusive arrangement, the customer should contact JAPAN-ITEMS™ as soon as reasonably possible and, wherever reasonably possible, before making the requested payment.
Please contact:
and provide reasonable supporting information, including where available:
- order number;
- carrier or delivery provider;
- tracking number;
- copy or screenshot of the payment request;
- amount requested;
- description of the charge; and
- relevant invoice, customs notice or carrier communication.
Customers should not simply ignore a customs or carrier notice, as this may result in delay, storage charges, return of the shipment or other additional costs.
JAPAN-ITEMS™ will review the request and, where appropriate, work with the relevant carrier, customs broker or logistics provider to resolve the covered charge.
If immediate payment is reasonably necessary to prevent delivery failure, return of the shipment or another material disruption, the customer may make the requested payment and should contact JAPAN-ITEMS™ promptly afterwards.
If the customer has paid a standard import duty, import tax, VAT or standard customs charge that was covered by the JAPAN-ITEMS™ all-inclusive pricing arrangement, JAPAN-ITEMS™ will reimburse the covered amount after verification of reasonable and valid proof of payment.
This does not apply to exceptional or customer-caused charges outside the standard all-inclusive arrangement.
11. Exceptional and Customer-Caused Charges
Free Shipping and Duties & Taxes Included apply to standard costs associated with normal fulfilment and delivery.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, additional costs resulting from circumstances attributable to the customer may fall outside this arrangement.
Examples may include:
- incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
- an address change requested after dispatch;
- refusal of delivery;
- failure to collect a parcel;
- repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts;
- storage resulting from customer delay or inaction;
- re-delivery;
- return-to-sender costs;
- reshipment;
- failure to provide information reasonably required for customs clearance; or
- other reasonable non-standard costs directly caused by customer action or inaction.
Where permitted by applicable law, reasonable additional costs actually incurred as a direct result of such circumstances may be charged to the customer or deducted from an amount otherwise refundable.
12. Pricing Errors
JAPAN-ITEMS™ makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing.
Nevertheless, genuine pricing errors may occasionally occur because of technical failures, software or data-import errors, currency-conversion errors, incorrect source data, human error or other unintended circumstances.
Where a price is clearly erroneous and the error would reasonably be apparent in the circumstances, JAPAN-ITEMS™ may decline the order before acceptance.
Where an order has already been accepted, any right to cancel or correct a pricing error will be exercised only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where JAPAN-ITEMS™ cancels an order because of a pricing error, any amount already paid for the cancelled item will be refunded.
JAPAN-ITEMS™ will not substitute another price or charge the customer an increased amount without the customer's agreement unless applicable law expressly permits otherwise.
13. Payment
Payment must be made using a payment method available at checkout.
Available payment methods may depend on the customer's location, currency, payment-provider rules, risk assessment and Store configuration.
JAPAN-ITEMS™ may use third-party payment providers to process transactions.
Payment providers may perform fraud-prevention, authentication, identity-verification, sanctions, security or other lawful checks.
An order may be declined or cancelled where payment is not successfully completed, the payment provider declines the transaction, there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or misuse, or legally required verification cannot be completed.
14. Order Processing and Estimated Delivery
Because products may be sourced individually from Japan, fulfilment may involve several stages, including:
- availability confirmation;
- sourcing or reservation;
- domestic transportation within Japan;
- preparation and handling;
- packing and documentation;
- export processing;
- international transportation;
- customs clearance; and
- local delivery.
The estimated timeframe for delivery of international orders is generally 7–21 business days.
This estimate may include both order processing and international transit.
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or applicable public holidays.
The 7–21 business day timeframe is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.
Delivery may occasionally take longer because of sourcing delays, domestic transportation, export procedures, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, peak periods, holidays, severe weather, natural events, strikes, security procedures, destination-country import requirements, government measures, regulatory changes or other circumstances outside JAPAN-ITEMS™ reasonable control.
Where applicable law requires JAPAN-ITEMS™ to notify the customer of a delayed shipment, provide a revised timeframe, obtain consent to further delay, permit cancellation or provide a refund, JAPAN-ITEMS™ will comply with those requirements.
Further details are provided in the Shipping, Duties & Taxes Policy.
15. Delivery Address
The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Customers should carefully verify the recipient name, street address, building or apartment number where applicable, postal code, city, region, country, telephone number and any other information reasonably required for delivery.
If an error is discovered, the customer should contact JAPAN-ITEMS™ as soon as possible.
Once sourcing, fulfilment or shipment has progressed, it may not be possible to change the delivery address.
Subject to mandatory consumer rights, JAPAN-ITEMS™ is not responsible for additional costs or delays directly caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
16. Failed, Refused or Uncollected Deliveries
Customers should reasonably cooperate with carriers, customs authorities and logistics providers where action is required to complete customs clearance or delivery.
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer refuses the parcel, fails to collect it, provides incorrect delivery information, does not respond to reasonable requests or otherwise prevents successful delivery, the parcel may be held, returned or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable carrier and customs procedures.
Where permitted by applicable law, reasonable additional costs actually incurred because of such circumstances may be charged to the customer or deducted from an amount otherwise refundable.
This does not limit mandatory statutory rights.
17. Risk of Loss or Damage
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the product.
Where the customer independently commissions a carrier that was not offered by JAPAN-ITEMS™, different rules may apply where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer protections concerning delivery or risk.
18. Customer Cancellations Before Delivery
Customers wishing to request cancellation should contact JAPAN-ITEMS™ as soon as possible.
Because products may be sourced individually following an order, fulfilment can begin shortly after purchase.
A discretionary cancellation request may not always be possible once sourcing, acquisition, domestic transportation, preparation, export processing or shipment has begun.
This restriction applies only to discretionary cancellations.
It does not remove or restrict any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right applicable to the customer.
Where JAPAN-ITEMS™ accepts a discretionary cancellation, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with the Returns & Refund Policy and applicable law.
19. United States — Change-of-Mind Returns
For orders delivered to customers in the United States, purchases are generally final sale, unless otherwise expressly stated or required by applicable law.
JAPAN-ITEMS™ does not generally provide discretionary returns or refunds solely because the customer changes their mind or no longer wants a correctly supplied product that materially corresponds to its description.
“Final Sale” does not exclude any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
In particular, this provision does not prevent a customer from seeking an appropriate remedy where a product is materially damaged, incorrect, materially misdescribed, legally defective or non-conforming, not delivered, or where applicable law otherwise requires a remedy.
Further details are provided in the Returns & Refund Policy.
20. European Union — Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
For goods, the period generally begins when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, the consumer must communicate an unequivocal decision to withdraw within the applicable period.
Where an EU consumer validly exercises the statutory right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in accordance with applicable law and the Returns & Refund Policy.
Where permitted by applicable law and where the customer was appropriately informed before purchase, the customer bears the direct cost of returning a non-defective product following a statutory change-of-mind withdrawal.
The customer may also be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, where applicable law permits.
A product is not automatically excluded from an otherwise applicable statutory right of withdrawal merely because it is pre-owned, vintage, rare, collectible, discontinued or individually sourced.
Further details are provided in the Returns & Refund Policy.
21. Customers in Other Countries
Customers outside the United States and European Union may have mandatory consumer rights under the law applicable to their transaction.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, JAPAN-ITEMS™ does not generally offer discretionary change-of-mind returns outside jurisdictions where such a right is required by applicable law.
Where mandatory local law provides a cancellation, withdrawal, return, refund, warranty, conformity or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, that right remains unaffected.
22. Damaged, Incorrect, Defective or Non-Conforming Products
Change-of-mind return rules are separate from legal remedies relating to damaged, incorrect, defective or non-conforming products.
If a product arrives materially damaged, is not the product ordered, materially differs from the applicable description or otherwise gives rise to a legal remedy, the customer should contact:
as soon as reasonably possible.
Customers may be asked to provide reasonable supporting information, such as:
- order number;
- description of the issue;
- photographs of the product;
- photographs of packaging;
- shipping label;
- video where reasonably useful; or
- relevant carrier documentation.
Evidence requirements will not be applied in a manner that unlawfully removes mandatory consumer rights.
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, termination, refund or another legally required solution.
Because many JAPAN-ITEMS™ products are unique, discontinued or individually sourced, an identical replacement may not always be available.
23. Returns
Customers should not return a product before contacting JAPAN-ITEMS™ and receiving appropriate return instructions, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Because products are fulfilled internationally, the appropriate return destination may depend on the product, destination, logistics arrangement and reason for return.
The return address may therefore differ from the registered office of Japan Items Group sp. z o.o.
Customers must follow reasonable customs and shipping instructions applicable to an international return.
Further rules concerning eligibility, return costs, diminished value, refunds and statutory withdrawal are provided in the Returns & Refund Policy.
24. Manufacturer Warranty
Unless expressly stated on the applicable product page, products should not be assumed to include a manufacturer's commercial warranty.
Vintage, discontinued, pre-owned or imported products may not qualify for manufacturer support, regional servicing, software updates, spare parts or local warranty repair.
The absence of a manufacturer's commercial warranty does not remove mandatory statutory rights the customer may have against JAPAN-ITEMS™ as the seller.
25. Customer Accounts
Customers may be able to create an account through the Store.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and should take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access.
Customers should contact JAPAN-ITEMS™ if they reasonably suspect unauthorised access or misuse.
JAPAN-ITEMS™ may restrict, suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, abuse prevention or protection of the Store, customers or third parties.
26. Acceptable Use
The Store must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading or harmful purposes.
Users must not, except where permitted by applicable law:
- attempt unauthorised access to systems or accounts;
- interfere with Store security or operation;
- submit fraudulent orders or false information;
- abuse payment or refund systems;
- introduce malicious code;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- use automated systems in a manner that materially disrupts the Store; or
- otherwise use the Store in a way intended to cause unlawful harm to JAPAN-ITEMS™, customers, service providers or third parties.
27. Intellectual Property
Brand elements, original text, website design, graphics, logos, photographs and other original content displayed through the Store may be protected by intellectual-property rights owned by JAPAN-ITEMS™, licensed to JAPAN-ITEMS™ or owned by their respective rights holders.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual-property rights to the customer.
Customers may use Store content for ordinary personal shopping and informational purposes.
Content may not be commercially reproduced, distributed, modified or exploited without appropriate permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Third-party trademarks and other intellectual-property rights remain the property of their respective owners.
28. Third-Party Services
The Store may rely on third-party services and infrastructure, including e-commerce technology, payment providers, fraud-prevention services, analytics providers, logistics providers, sourcing partners, carriers, customs brokers and customer-support systems.
Third-party providers may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
JAPAN-ITEMS™ does not control every aspect of third-party infrastructure.
However, the involvement of a third-party provider does not remove any responsibility that JAPAN-ITEMS™ is legally required to bear toward the customer.
29. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with the JAPAN-ITEMS™ Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
Personal information may be processed where appropriate for purposes including order administration, payment processing, sourcing, shipping, customs clearance, customer support, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, analytics and marketing.
Where consent is legally required for a particular processing activity, the applicable consent requirements will apply.
30. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
In particular, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude mandatory liability or consumer rights relating to fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit JAPAN-ITEMS™ to exclude or limit.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JAPAN-ITEMS™ will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that applicable law permits to be excluded.
For customers acting in the course of business, additional limitations may apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits the customer's mandatory statutory rights.
31. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
JAPAN-ITEMS™ will not be responsible for a failure or delay to the extent caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control and to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Such circumstances may include:
- natural disasters;
- extreme weather;
- fire or flood;
- epidemics or pandemics;
- war or civil unrest;
- strikes or major labour disruption;
- customs or border disruption;
- major carrier disruption;
- government restrictions;
- changes in law;
- import or export restrictions;
- security events;
- major cyber incidents;
- widespread technical outages; or
- other comparable circumstances outside reasonable control.
JAPAN-ITEMS™ will take reasonable steps required by applicable law in response to such circumstances.
Nothing in this section permits JAPAN-ITEMS™ to retain payment indefinitely for a product that cannot be supplied where applicable law requires cancellation or refund.
32. Export, Import and Shipping Restrictions
Products may be subject to export controls, import restrictions, transportation regulations, safety requirements, customs requirements, carrier restrictions or other applicable laws.
JAPAN-ITEMS™ may refuse or cancel an order where the product cannot legally, safely or reasonably be supplied or transported to the customer's destination.
Where JAPAN-ITEMS™ cancels an order for this reason, any refund required by applicable law will be provided.
Customers may be required to provide information reasonably necessary for lawful customs clearance, import or delivery.
Nothing in this section authorises either JAPAN-ITEMS™ or the customer to provide false customs information, undervalue goods or circumvent applicable import or export law.
33. Fraud, Abuse and Unlawful Activity
JAPAN-ITEMS™ reserves the right to take reasonable measures to protect the Store, customers and payment systems against fraud, chargeback abuse, account misuse, unlawful transactions and other harmful activity.
Where reasonably justified and permitted by law, JAPAN-ITEMS™ may:
- request additional verification;
- delay acceptance while verification is completed;
- refuse or cancel an order;
- restrict an account;
- preserve relevant transaction records; or
- cooperate with payment providers, financial institutions or competent authorities.
These measures will not be used to unlawfully deny legitimate consumer rights.
34. Changes to the Store and These Terms
JAPAN-ITEMS™ may update its Store, product offering, operational practices, policies and these Terms from time to time.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, changes to these Terms apply prospectively.
The Terms applicable to a purchase will generally be the version made available to the customer when the relevant order was placed.
A later change will not retrospectively remove rights already acquired under an existing consumer contract.
35. Governing Law and Consumer Protection
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, subject to mandatory rules of applicable law.
Where the customer is a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive the customer of mandatory consumer protections that apply to the transaction and cannot lawfully be excluded by contractual choice of law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent a consumer from bringing proceedings before a court or competent authority where applicable law gives the consumer that right.
36. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will apply only to the extent legally permissible.
Where appropriate and permitted by law, it will be interpreted in a manner that most closely reflects its lawful purpose.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.
37. No Waiver
If JAPAN-ITEMS™ does not immediately exercise a contractual right or remedy, this does not by itself constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
Any waiver applies only to the extent expressly given and subject to applicable law.
Nothing in this section affects mandatory consumer rights.
38. Entire Agreement and Policy Hierarchy
These Terms, together with the policies and information expressly incorporated into the transaction, form the contractual framework applicable to purchases made through the Store.
The Shipping, Duties & Taxes Policy provides additional rules concerning shipping, delivery, Free Shipping, customs duties and import taxes.
The Returns & Refund Policy provides additional rules concerning returns, statutory withdrawal, refunds and product-related remedies.
The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is processed.
If provisions concerning mandatory consumer rights conflict, applicable mandatory law prevails.
If there is an unintended inconsistency between these Terms and a Store policy concerning a specific operational matter, the more specific policy will generally govern that matter to the extent permitted by applicable law.
