Are all items authentic?
Items are sourced from the Japanese secondary market, which is widely recognized for its high standards of documentation and condition reporting. Descriptions are based on available information at the time of listing.
Are the items new?
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products are pre-owned. Natural signs of wear or aging may be present and form part of the object’s character.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Orders are shipped internationally from Japan. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs procedures.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees that may apply in their country.
Can I return an item?
Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.
What if the item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and item.
Do items include original boxes or accessories?
Original packaging, certificates or accessories are included only when explicitly stated in the product description.
