Many products offered through JAPAN-ITEMS™ are unique, pre-owned, vintage or limited-availability objects sourced from Japan.
Product availability may need to be confirmed after an order is placed. If an ordered item is no longer available, the customer will receive a full refund or, where possible, may approve an alternative comparable item proposed by JAPAN-ITEMS™.
No alternative product will be supplied without the customer’s express approval.
All-Inclusive International Delivery
Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, JAPAN-ITEMS™ aims to provide an all-inclusive international delivery experience.
The price paid by the customer includes standard international shipping and applicable standard import duties, import taxes and customs charges handled by JAPAN-ITEMS™ through logistics partners, carriers, customs brokers or applicable tax arrangements.
