The Hasegawa BK3 model kit replicates the 1988 Yamaha YZR500 (OW98), the motorcycle that led Eddie Lawson to his third World Championship in the WGP500 class. This 1/12 scale kit features a highly detailed design based on thorough research of the actual bike, including the reinforced frame and the distinctive "V"-shaped swingarm introduced in the 1988 model.
The kit includes 165 parts and offers options for the front fork suspension, allowing builders to choose between the early upright fork and the later inverted fork used from the ninth race onward.
