This black side downforce spoiler is designed by Puig, a Spanish manufacturer specializing in aerodynamic parts. It is compatible with the Yamaha YZF-R6 models from 2017 onward, including the R6 Race version. Developed using aerodynamic technology from MotoGP and WorldSBK, this spoiler enhances stability at high speeds by generating up to 6 kg of downforce on the front axle, helping to reduce front wheel lift during strong acceleration and improving cornering control.
The spoiler can be installed without drilling into the cowling, and all necessary bolts are included; however, double-sided tape for some attachment points is not provided and must be sourced separately. The part shows only minor signs of wear from previous use, with no noticeable scratches or cracks.
